When he came to do the work and realised that all of the quoted work was not required, he let me know straight away and adjusted the job/price accordingly. He had to complete take out a leaking pipe inside of our cistern in our toliet (the white one which I’m pointing to in the photo attached) and he was extremely efficient and carried out the repair with the highest quality products and manner. He’s very professional, friendly, super easy to get along with and also very tidy and he made sure to keep me informed.
