"Such an honest garage and the guys that work there are all really professional and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else"
"I really only have one issue regarding working practice. Last year I had new tyres fitted and have had no problems at all so the wheels have remained in place on the car, on my visit this year your tech's needed to remove the wheel's for the service and a repair job. In carrying out this work they have damaged one of my locking nuts so were unable to remove it. So the problem that I had no hand in making was pasted onto me to fix, I have now had to buy a new set of locking nuts at £40-00, pay a further £40-00 to a welder to remove the damaged nut and this could all have been avoided had the nuts been replaced with a Torque Wrench and NOT the AIR GUN (again a practice without my name on it)."
"Problem with tyre losing pressure, was afraid it would mean new tyre, but after a very thorough check which I was able to watch from the waiting area, they told me it was a leaky valve which was replaced. Also able to fit me in quickly with not appointment."
