"Today I had the misfortune of getting a rather large hole in the side wall of my van tyre. I limped along the Eastern Road to a lay-by and gathered my thoughts on how to resolve this situation. After a Google I found Solent Motor Services (SMS) who had a mobile tyre replacement service. After sharing my predicament with the SMS office person I was informed that they could get me going again but I would have to wait. After 75 minutes or so Sam arrived to carry out the tyre replacement. Sam was friendly, professional and his happiness was infectious no sooner had her arrived my van was jacked up and the wheel was off and undergoing removal from the rim in the back of the mobile workshop. The tire was quickly replaced balanced and back on the van so I could carry on with my day. I would have no hesitation in calling SMS again for my vehicle needs. If all the staff are like Sam then you would fool to go anywhere else. The invoice included the call out, tyre and fitting and I thought was very reasonable to say the least. Thank you Sam and all at SMS"
