"Tried to book an MOT. It was awful! Person in the phone didn't know if they could do a service at the same time, kept having to shout over questions ... gut told me to go elsewhere. If they can't handle a simple phone call, how can I trust them with my car?"
"Lucky I checked my MOT before I left as it said it wasn’t done online. It was never updated on the system until I mentioned it. Had to go back several times - one of which was because no oil was in my car after having a service done and also after having my breaks done the break light come on! It was apparently the sensor which they said they ‘replaced’ but the light came on again after that. They told me I needed my other set of break pads doing…. I’ve been to another garage to since to find the sensor was not replaced at all it was bodged back together. And my breaks don’t need doing at all!! Over priced, charged for parts that were not even brought and no proof given in a receipt even tho it was asked for and it’s really not a great place to go if your a female, your made to feel stupid and belittled! Absolutely appalling!"
