"Booked a job 5 week in advance, when I got there on the booked day and time I have got told they over booked on the day and didn’t have time for my car so dean then re arranged my booking for next week for more suitable day, which was today, dropped my car off 9 in the morning and when I went to pick it up this afternoon to only be told it’s not done, because they couldn’t get the part, which was a wheel bearing or just the wheel stud, and find a dog in my car, which I don’t even put my own dog into, and they said they can get the part in for tomorrow but won’t have the time to do it till after Christmas, thank you so helpful !!"
