"Overcharged for prescribed products, they don't want to refund and don't give me the missing products. Charged me for 2 prescriptions and give me products only for 1 prescription. They tried to say I have to pay for each item separately but it is not true. Other pharmacy charges only for one prescription price for a 2 boxes of nicotine patches and lozenges. They have been really arrogant after I made a complaint. They do the same quit smoking program what I do throughout my GP surgery. Probably overcharging everyone who aren't aware of this. Even says on the label : 5 packs Shame on them!"
