"It saddens me to post such a negative review. I have been so disappointed with this pharmacy since my local one closed down in 2019. I have a quarterly repeat prescription for 8mg doxazosin for high blood pressure . This pharmacy never have this in stock but will not dispense 4mg x 2. They always says "this will be here tomorrow". It never arrives and there is never an apology. I have tried to explain to them that I will accept a double dose of 4mg but they won't do this. This means I have to phone the pharmacy to see if the 8mg is in stock then return to plead with them to give me. 4mg x 2. (They can't grasp that 4mg x 2 =8mg).. Not a good experience.."
"This isn't our usual pharmacy but they supplied the meds for my mum on discharge from Abbey House care home. Meds in dispensing trays for ease yet the supplied Marr sheet lists at least 3 items with different names to what's on the list with the meds... Totally confusing and got 28 days of these. Why do that?! Mum's Carers and me need to know exactly what the pills are and not have a difference in names.. And have to look them up. Be glad to go back to the best pharmacy.. AR PHARMACY in Totton.... Much better and more helpful."
