"Ran in for my brother after the Dr had forwarded a prescription a few minutes before, they were busy in there but still made up his prescription for me straight away, as we weren't able to access the pharmacy again for another few days. All this a few minutes before closing time. This is not my first positive experience with St Luke's Pharmacy. Friendly staff, very helpful and go that extra mile showing they really do care about their clients. Well done guys you rock!!"

"Shocking really. Queue out of the door despite 5 staff working. Seem desperate to do anything other than actually serve people their prescriptions. One just sat counting cash out of a till when the entire place was rammed. They need to sort out their priorities - and you should get your medication from elsewhere."
"Not a very good place. I find Tesco Bursledon far more approachable and they take the time to help you with any issues. St Lukes Pharmacy hurry you, are obnoxious in their attitude. The staff talk down at you as if you are scum. I recently purchased some cough medicine. The package was not secure properly, so when i went out the shop, the bottle fell through the packaging. So i then had to pay even more money for a replacement. No offer of replacing it though. Such bad service. They still insist on people wearing masks, even though there is no law to state that you have to. I know it's their choice, but when you are in business, you have to consider ALL customers. Avoid."
