"111 sent through an urgent prescription for me rang to see when I could pick them up but they informed me they don’t have the tablets I needed so I was ringing around trying to see who had some when I got a call back from a kind lady from the pharmacy saying she has found some one who has them and she has sent over the prescription for us as well what a lovely kind thing to do thank you very much"

"I joined this pharmacy because bitterne has recently lost 2 pharmacies and the pharmacy I'd been with for many years became unable to cope with the surge of new patients and it became an issue going back and forth to pick up prescriptions that were never ready. I feel lucky to have managed to accessed this places services. They are a massive improvement in my particular case and the staff have always been polight kind and professional.
