"This is our local Chemist, the shop itself is poorly stocked and out of the three items I bought the assistant had to go and find the price, several minutes each time. The pharmacy is usually short of at least one item when picking up a prescription."

"Member of staff refused to identify themselves and what their role was. Very argumentative and confrontational. This member of staff suggested we were liars, also did not want to provide information about the correct type of medicine that would be suitable, in direct opposition to what a pharmacy should be doing. He was very pushy and wanted to push us down a route that would have compromised the medication provided. He ignored the directions on the prescription given by the doctor and gave weak excuses. He refused to order the correct medication as detailed by the doctor on the prescription. Unwilling to be helpful and even consider that he had made a error. He was unable to answer basic questions and was determined to open a packet of medication that didn't need to be. This left us feeling very upset and distressed by the experience. We will be going elsewhere."
"I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Unlike many others the prescription that has been sent direct from the GP is ready when I go to collect it. The assistants are always friendly, polite and helpful. Some reviews have mentioned that they close for lunch. Other pharmacies close the dispensary counter for lunch as well for legal reasons. They are not allowed to give out prescriptions or sell certain medicines when the pharmacist is having their lunch break. They also offer deliveries where appropriate."
