"Today, after more than 30 years service one of the hinges on one of my cabinets failed. After some thought and trawling the internet I made the decision to return to the company who built my kitchen all those years ago. On arrival we were greeted by Jason who incidentally is the son of the founder of the company, I explained that a hinge had failed after such sterling service and asked what was the best way forward? I fully expected to pay a charge for the replacement hinges but Jason insisted that the failure should not have occurred and supplied and fitted the hinges free of charge. He explained in depth the method of refitting the door to the cabinet and we returned home to easily replace and adjust the door With all the help Jason gave us and the undoubted quality of the product that Springmill Kitchens provide all those years ago I cannot help but endorse the company and recommend them to anyone .Thank you so very much Jason.
