"Just collected some stock i orders online and the customer service was awful Went to the online desk and waited and waited, eventually I had to ask someone when she walked past me a few times and ignored me. She wasn't to chuffed I stopped her talking to a colleague, another guy was more interested painting a wall than serving a customer... Sorry will go back to using Amazon"
"I would give zero stars if I could. The manager was extremely rude and the store did not meet my needs. I had a faulty item which was less than 12 months old and the manager said it had been deliberately damaged by myself and that it was their judgment to replace it or not.The manager needs to learn how to speak to people, he needs retraining on how to approach and deal with paying customers ! Also stop accusing customers of deliberately damaging items. I have since been to another branch (Biddulph) who could not do enough to help with the issue. The Biddulph branch has excellent customer service which the Tunstall branch mainly the manager needs to learn from. I will never use the Tunstall branch again."
"useless. They are part of the Ebay drop off and collection point programme but when a package is tried to be delivered they will not accept it at the counter so when the driver is sent to the rear to the delivery door no one will answer the door or open it.4 attempted deliveries and still they have not accepted parcel. Absolute incompetence !!!!!"
