"Needed a washer/dryer asap, all big companies wanted £160 for fitting one, called here had one delivered and fitted for £40 in a few days, amazing place and will always come here first."
"Absolutely brilliant service. Our LG washing machine went on the blink. Having purchased vacuum cleaner spares from T & G and seen that they also sold and repaired washing machines we called them to see whether they did home visits. Within 24 hours they were on our doorstep. Unfortunately it was a broken "drum spider" support, which due to the age of the machine is no longer available. As they had been so helpful we asked if they could obtain an equivalent latest model new LG washing machine, which they did. The new machine was delivered and installed within 48 hours. We had expected to pay a premium when purchasing from a small trader but NO, the machine is the same price as the big High street names and moreover included installation, testing, removal of the old machine and amazingly no charge for the previous call out. Everything about the experience was first class, delivered by the incredibly competent and engaging owner. NOW, THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE."
"Initially we had problems with our 8 year old whirlpool dishwasher... knowing our local electrical supplier and trouble shooter " Glen " would give us a prompt diagnosis... is always the service anyone would need. The part required wasn't worth the repair... so we ordered and had fitted a brand new Bosch dishwasher at a competitive price. An integral dishwasher was expertly fitted... Old dishwasher removed....and taken away along with all the packaging.. excellent personal service as usual...we wouldn't use anyone else... Everyone needs a Glen ! Thank you."
