"Hats off to the Staff at the Stoke branch. I bought a very competitively priced roller blind but unfortunately after cutting it to size and mounting it, I found the top bar was slightly bent and it failed to work properly but the girls on customer service and Valerie were great, they replaced the bar for me, no problem and it now works fine"
"WARNING!! Wife took the disabled mother in law, she got done on the car park for going over 2 hours! they didn't notice the signs as it was always free! They used the cafe as well so easily went over 2 hours. The manager Gav said we shouldn't be charged as we'd been customers and spent money but didn't do anything about it?parking eye still fined us. TIP if you go in register your car number for over 2 hours so you're not STUNG like us"
