Ashley is extremely professional, helpful and also kind - I was travelling on my own on a Sunday when I got a puncture on the M4 and was very relieved to find there was an open Kwik Fit just up the A33 in Reading. They whisked my Mini up on the ramp, located a nail, mended the tyre and had me on my way in record time. Thank you so much - highly recommended."

"I’ve been here a few times now, a couple of times more recently! As a woman going into a garage you always think you’re going to be ripped off, but I can safely say they definitely don’t. They’re flexible in terms of when I could drop my car off due to working hours, and completed the work as quickly as they could. I’ll definitely be coming back for a service and my tyres. "I had a service and mot booked in for my car - due to unforeseen and very last min family issues I had to move the date for this appointment twice - Bobby was able to accommodate my last min changes and found space to fit me in at the earliest opportunity (epically as my mot had actually expired and i could therefore not use my car). Through out the whole service Bobby and his team kept me informed and when I was advised about repairs that were optional he was totally honest and fair. A fantastic service from start to finish. "been in the motor trade for 45 years and Don't normally use Kwik fit or any other fast fit places as I know they are paid on how much work they can put through the business. They were the cheapest MOT around so booked here. I don't trust any of them to give a true view of any car. 3 year old car 30'000+ miles and passed it's MOT as it should, they still managed to advise me I needed new pads and discs on the front before next MOT. Garbage, they have plenty of material on the pads with very little wear on the disc's, so all good for another 30'+. and yes, I do my own maintenance where possible."
