"Absolutely rubbish. Had a MOT booked, I was late because of traffic and de-icing the car. Now I wouldn't expect to be seen then and there, or even potentially having to rebook to another day. But in any other garage I've ever been to there's been an element of customer services and they'll try to fit you in. In just the same way as if a garage overruns and returns the car late etc.... its one of those things. Not here. When I arrived the lad said I've missed my slot (fair). Somewhat taken aback by the blunt matter of fact statement, not followed up by anything. I asked if there's anything they could do later (needing in mind this is a simple MOT) he just repeated you've missed your slot. Again no customer services attempt or anything, just that statement. For context this was 15 minutes, of which a few of them were whilst the same lad was on the phone about something. As I say, I'm not unreasonable and if they're running to capacity such that being 10-15 minutes late means they can't fit you in and have to rebook another day (other garages would start other work and just do yours later in the day but what do I know) then so be it. My issue is the total lack of customer services, he didn't he even look at the diary or offer to book in another time."
