Its been 12 working days and still waiting for refund. I called back today and they couldn't find my order on the sistem, they give me the phone number from head office ,I called the head office an they told me that my order wasn't cancelled and I have to wait another 14 days for automatic cancellation to receive my refund. Very incompetent people."
