"The booking was for a service on my Motor home which is 6.2 metres long and 3.1 metres tall . There are very few garages which can handle a vehicle of this size . At the booking stage the staff on the phone were very helpful and reassured me they could handle a vehicle of this size. On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly even under the pressure of Covid 19 restrictions. They confirmed what the service would include and said they would call me when it was ready. On collection I was told there were no problems although it would be one to watch out for on tyre balancing. There was no hard sell or attempt to upsell on any other products which I appreciate. I was also pleased to see seat covers and paper mat were used as the motor home is in excellent condition and was respected by your staff. overall very happy with the service and the price, I will recommend to other motor home owners."
