I received a good summary of the work completed, and the report emailed afterwards was pretty comprehensive. The only negative was a mis-understanding in that they were about to change my front tyres (which were only 2-3 months old) when in fact it was the rear tyres that needed replacing."

"I’ve been here a couple of times for MOTs. All 3 times I’ve had a negative experience. The staff hardly seemed interested or bothered at all and didn’t even acknowledge me or say hello as I walked into the waiting area. When my car failed its MOT on Friday they said they could do a retest for me on Monday at 4pm. They didn’t send me an email, or phone me to confirm and when I turned up for the retest they argued I had booked in for 5pm. It seemed like a lacklustre attempt to cover up a double-booking so pushed me back an hour. Absolutely no communication and the lowest level of customer service. Staff were unhelpful and impolite. Do not recommend."

'George' didn't give the greatest first impression but once he had a moment to work out which order to deal with jobs he came and explained. After that a great job for me even though they were all under pressure, thank you. If Halfords can make sure the site has capacity before allowing so many same time bookings am sure your team would be able to shine. Several people had recommended the site for the good service they provide. Look after them."
