"Really disappointed with these guys. Started going a few yrs ago when I first moved to Reading for tyre replacements. Put my car in for MOT and it failed on a really minor issue and was told it would take a while to get the part so I got it myself and called to rebook within the the 9 day testing period but was told their mechanic was on holiday for a week so essentially I had to book it in again and pay twice? Spent over 2 weeks calling them to get it sorted as not in any way my fault - each time being told I’d be called by owner which I never was. Tried to rebook again today and was told I’d definitely have to pay twice because I should have known that the car would fail- I’m not a mechanic nor am I a mind reader of when their staff go on annual leave. They should have advised in advance that if it failed then it would have to be retested and charged twice due to staff shortage- I wasn’t given the opportunity to then decide if I wanted to ahead or go elsewhere. He hung up the phone on me whilst I was still talking. So much for customer loyalty."

"If I could give 0 stars it would be minus. I brought my car in on Monday to have a tyre changed, Drove the car home to hear grinding on the side that got changed and to notice a big chip and dent on the paint work! just above where the tyre was changed. Wasn't there before I brought it in. Looks like it's been knocked by something. I now have to pay another garage to Rectify the damage that's been done, and that's not even for the paint work yet! It's extremely unprofessional as it's going to cost so much just to get a new wing or a paint touch up let along to sort out the grinding"
