"Really poor quality of repair. If asked to give your car there just reject it! It was recommended by insurer but definitely this is not the right place if would like to repair any scratches or dents on your car. Repair made by them got holes and sanding paper marks clearly visible. They don't care at all. Poor workmanship, looks like very low budget repair made on home driveway..."
"Absolutely Shocking! The worst customer service i have ever come across! After having the car for nearly 3 months and 11 times they said it was ready then didn't hear from them for days. They didn't fit the interior trim parts, G&F very wonky, orange peal on every panel they painted, exterior trim parts where sprayed with what looks like spray paint, holes in the body work. DO NOT Take your car here! If your insurance takes it here refuse!!! This is not on at all it is totally unacceptable. I will be taking legal action against this garage. There is absolutely nothing they can do to make me think twice."
"Had accident beginning of July 2021. Not my fault. Garage was recommended by insurance and the car was collected a week later by 1 touch on a lorry. Car went to garage and repairs where supposedly done. Car came back, driven from Reading to Basingstoke without my permission and consent, using my fuel and adding miles to my car. I rang the garage and spoke to a lady called Gerda, who said all the work is fine, which it wasn't, there was a dent in boot, light was not fitted correctly at front, parking camera and screen inside car was not working and windows would not go down in front driver panel. Rang insurance and reported my concerns and that I wasn't happy with repair, insurance company raised a complaint and garage called me saying they would collect vehicle on 20th August. In which time I did not drive the vehicle and it sat in car park unused and no millage added. Car was collected by a man called james who was so very rude... he circled every last thing on outside of car in a pink pen and made remarks on women drivers and "the state" of my alloys. He was so rude about me not consenting for them to drive my vehicle.Car went to garage and apparently they fixed the light as a good will gesture. No other problems with car where sorted out and would not take liability to sort them out. Even though all these things where working before accident. My car came back on the 1st sept. Apparently James the delivery guy tried to call me numerous times to deliver car on the day before the 1st and apparently turnt up outside my home with the car. He swore at me twice got his phone out and pointed very hard down on it that he had called and text me shouted at me that 9:30 in the morning was probably to early for me to be up as I don't work. Called me a lazy pr*ck and a fat lazy cow. He then got in his van and was swearing all sorts. The 2nd I went to give keys back for hire car in my car that was supposedly sorted out (first time I've actually driven it since the 12th july) I brake down 5 times on the way to car shop, warning lights flashing and no acceleration power. Rang garage and Gerda said she would call me back while still on phone not putting phone down soon enough she says to another colleague "that difficult b*tch on the phone". Spoken to insurance company and waiting for them to call me but still in hire car and my car is still sat there not repaired to standard and not working! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOIR A LONE SINGLE FEMALE AS JAMES OBVIOUSLY DOESNT LIKE WOMEN!!! THEY HAVE DEFINITELY DONE SOMETHING TO MY CAR QND THAT IS CRIMINAL DAMAGE!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID."
"My car was involved in an accident that was no fault of my own. ABL 1 touch as reccommended by the insurance company. They picked the car up and returned the car to my drive. The opposite side to the damage was scratched and rear passenger door dented they covered up the damage took the car back in to get repaired but only covered up the damage. There was no glass coat applied to the repair and would not get back in contact with you. Martins Renault repaied their damage and applied the glass coat. DO NOT RECCOMEND"
"I was referred to 1Touch by my insurance company after someone hit my car in a supermarket lot. The folks here offer an amazing service starting from pick up to the delivery of the car, constantly giving me updates on how the repair was going through. Mr Chris (I believe he is the manager) who dropped off my courtesy car and collected mine was very friendly and professional. He even called me to say that he would be five (5) minutes late. The lady (dont recall her name) was very helpful and polite on the phone giving me updates. Another young gentleman handled the paperwork in zero time and gave me back my car. 1Touch picked up my car on a Friday and had it ready on Tuesday. To do the body and paint work in 5 days (including the weekend) is extremely fast! Their job was superb. My BMW came back like new! All was a stress-free experience as 1Touch dealt with the insurance company for me therefore, I highly recommend 1Touch."
