"This company will happily take your money, but don't have any intention of paying out to a claim. Like many of the other reviews state, they don't pay out, only inform you that you're only on the 'lite' plan and they won't cover you. Despite what you think you purchase, they've got their own idea. Appeals are a waste of time too, don't actually look at your appeal, just send a generic copy and paste response to you. Company are a bunch of pirates, keep your money in your pocket. I employee you to actually find a positive review of a claim being paid out, not just how friendly and professional they are when taking your money!"
