"I left my car 9:30 in the morning and they told me that I will take it back today. I called them afternoon to ask about an estimated time so I can plan my day/night accordingly. They told me that they are working on the car and they’ll call me soon. No one called, now they are probably closed as they don’t answer the phones. Why wouldn’t you say it will take more than a day? What if I need it tonight? How am I gonna take my kids to school tomorrow? That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. They could ring me up and tell me that it will take longer than they anticipated. Hope I can take my car tomorrow but, I will never use their service again."
"Eddie and his team have painstakingly diagnosed a problem which was so obscure in my car! Then they repaired it in time for me to go to work which was fab, as a single mum I really needed to get there and earn! He really cares and is a very honest and compassionate mechanic.
