"Absolutely disgraceful. Me and my partner purchased a fridge freezer from FS Furniture in December 2017, with a 12 warranty included. On the day of the expected delivery (which we also paid for), the store contacted us to inform us that they had actually sold the fridge we had ALREADY PAID FOR to someone else! So they instead, begrudgingly gave us another (slightly more expensive) fridge, which broke in September 2018. Under the impression that the fridge was covered by the 12 month warranty we had purchased, we contacted the store and requested for the fridge to be fixed or replaced, which the store refused to do as they have no system or method of organisation in place and could not locate our receipt! Upon much asking and many many phone calls for days on end, the store finally found the receipt, and then informed us they would not assit us or provide us another fridge as we apparently only had a four month warranty as they had obviously decreased our 12 month warranty WITHOUT TELLING US as they had to provide us a more expensive fridge because of THEIR OWN MISTAKE! The owner of the store was supposed to of came round to our property to "see what he can do" and BOTH times, never showed. So me and partner have been left for 2 weeks with no fridge and barely any food. Every associate within the store was incredibly rude and disgustingly unprofessional. Considering my mother and other family members have spent upwards of £3000 for other items from the store, which some were also faulty, their response to the situation was despicable. I strongly advise against ANYONE buying anything from this shop as they are FAULTY goods sold under false pretenses! I shall be contacting trading standards to hopefully prevent this happening to anyone else!"

"Very poor quality, first the wrong sofa was delivered, 2 weeks later it was changed ,arrived damaged on the arm plus the sofa was creaking told nothing wrong with it 6 months later I rang he came out to be told it was wear and tear after explaining to him i had rang him 2 weeks after delivery he sent the sofa to be repaired it came back worse than it went( Not the same sofa came back) when i rang he said I will get your money back never heard from him after several times ringing . Dont believe the sofa was new. Don't trust this seller he's all about looking after customers till he gets your money."
