"Extremely unprofessional service. Visited in the summer for a cholesterol test which I had pre booked. The girl conducting the test had no clue what she was doing and after two failed attempts to take the blood sample and get results she told me she had never done any test previously and was unsure if the result was a machine error and she would contact the suppliers and let me know the following day. Surprisingly no one ever contacted me. It is discraceful that a pharmacy can offer this service on their website and social media and have no idea how to provide the service. It is obviously a money making scam to get customers into the premises Also I arrived in time for the test and was told to wait outside as the pharmacy was not open although I arrived s per my pre booked slot. Avoid this chain store if you want any health advice or checks. Would avoid in future for any other pharmacy needs due to this experience."

"Great chemist and staff. I always go here for my prescriptions and anything else I need. Always very helpful when I have a question about one of my children. Also if they haven't got your prescription they are really fast ordering it. I had my son's prescription the next morning"

"Very unprofessional. The staff here really do not know what they are doing, they shout peoples personal business so everybody else in the shop can hear. I would really not recommend going to this business, there are lots more chemist around the area."

"Avoid. Definitely don't recommend here. Very poor customer service. I called here looking for spf cream today. I am using sunbeds and that's my choice and very happy doing them and I know all the risk. Always risks with anything. I asked which spf should I use for laying in sun and sunbeds and got a horrible girl telling me she doesn't recommend sunbeds. I never asked if she recommends them and I asked about spf. Keep your options to yourself. Nobody cares if you recommend them or not. It's not your body it's not your decision to make that for anyone. Maybe next time do your job better. It's not up to you to tell people not to use sunbeds loads people use them for different reasons. They are not harmful if you look after your skin well. Cancer can run in family and people can still get it or if you smoke you get it. What I do with my body is my business and also my choice. Definitely won't be going here again."

"Have been using this pharmacy for 20 years now. And in all that time I have never once found anything to complain about. For a small pharmacy it is very well stocked, not just with medicines but with all kinds of useful things. As for the staff they are second to none. Very, very helpful, and when I have asked for advice it has always been forthcoming. Because of the staff every time I go in there no matter how I felt going in I've come out feeling a bit better."
