"Really bad experience, and not the first time (11 years in Rush and being their customer, its ends today). same as on previous feedback, I guess its the same lady, being rude and dismissive, and once I dared to complain, the manager stepped out and basically blackmailed me if I want my prescription or not. I was shocked by the fact a manager can and would do that. Instead of taking on board a complaint, they made a big scene, and than blaming it on the customer saying I ruined their Friday, manager said he working his a** off since 7.30, etc. Absolutely outrageous, unprofessional, this is just so wrong its not even funny. They mutually ashamed me as a customer in their store, instead of taking the complaint on board. Never going there again. PS i was in tracksuit & possibly did not looked Irish enough for them, maybe that was their issue."
"Staff very professional and friendly service hygiene service is good"
"Have visited this Pharmacy a few times since moving to Rush. I have worked in this industry for 20 years. I'm astounded how anyone in this establishment are still working and haven't been dismissed. The older lady working on the shop floor is the rudest most dismissive person I've ever met. She follows you around constantly and does not try to hide the fact she is shadowing you. Its beyond offputting All staff need to be customer service trained coz they havent a clue. If the manager is reading this they should take action as bad reviews stick and will never set foot in the place again. Allcare are fantastic and so friendly."
"Had bad experience and not first time In 8 years .some minor staff really nice but the rest can be rude ,long waiting time ..if you wearing tracksuit and don't look like Irish they look at you like you wanna steal pack of chewingum... it's more marketing involved. Would prefer Mccabes or Allcare in Rush as they have great customer service skills and good attitude and have cheaper prices for same products and medicine. Never again will buy anything from them and definitely would not recommend. Avoid that place"
