"I called here asking if they had a particular product, but they would put me on hold never to return to the phone. I was on the phone for literally 20 minutes and they would never come to the phone to tell me if they had a particular product in stock. This happened to me twice. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior! I took it as a sign not to spend my money here and spend my money elsewhere. If they did this to me over the phone, I can't fathom what they would do if I were to enter the store. I would urge people not to come here, they are extremely unprofessional and I don't know how they have more than 4 stars."
