"Came here with my fiance, she wanted one item on a prescription another man needed many, both entered the pharmacy at the same time. 4 people working there decided to leave my fiance waiting a half an hour while 4 people filled some mans prescription instead of giving my fiance her item knowing she would have to wait otherwise, I have been to other pharmacy shops that had staff get the items needed and have the pharmacists check it so they could get the customer seen to that only had a small order. We got no explanation or no sorry for the wait. Had to say something in the end and we were quite annoyed. Their excuse, there was a man with a very big order. They don't know customer service if they leave somebody standing there for that length of time knowing they have a small order of 1 item. I don't go to a chipper or takeaway and order a bag of chips and then have to wait longer than the person who ordered 5 chips 4 burgers and a fresh cod. Even they know customer service and would serve the person first who only needs a bag of chips. And usually they don't have 4 people working, usually 2-3 max. So there was no excuse here. There are over 3 pharmacies on that street I'll be going to the lesser ones who appreciate my custom as customer service is important to them and never would they do that."
