"I bought a curling tongs with brush attachment on Fri 24th march used it once and a/ment broke. When I returned it on sunday the 26th with receipt, I was told by some manager she was doing me a favour by exchanging it.. She hadn't a clue about consumer rights in ireland..She was rude and walked off to let some other guy deal with it who was equally rude.. I won't be shopping there again...Totally unprofessional and Rude..."
"If you think the prices are great, wait till you experience the customer service. Manager Tom was exemplary and no quibble when I had to return an item. This firm may have low prices but very high standards. I will return!"
"Great place to buy cosmetics, perfumes, medicines, and all the stuff related to body hygiene. The prices are really competitive, and there is a variety of stuff in every category. They have all the popular brands and a great range within each brand. The service is also quite good."
"I bought this comb yesterday and when I used it while drying my hair with a blow dryer, the teeth of the comb were melted and warped. If this comb is of poor quality, why is it sold at this price and I said I want to return it. However, they did not accept it. The price of the product you bought may not be suitable for its quality, and in this case, I share it for you to know that your return request will not be taken into account."
"Gem of a Pharmacy store, with cheaper prices. You should be a able to save 20 to 30% compared to boots or HB. Staff is also very helpful. Ground floor you will most of perfumes while at 1st floor you will find Medicines and a section for medicines with prescription. Billing counters are located on both the floors."
