"Lovely staff, very helpful overall great pharmacy"
"The young woman wasn't welcoming at all. No Hello, no Goodbye. I don’t recommend"
"Don't go to this pharmacy. The prices are really high compare to other pharmacies and the people working there is very rude. They just ignored me and didn't even say hello. There was a young woman that seemed to be nice, but she was with another client. But the other two, they even didn't look at my face when speaking, I felt completely ignored."
"DO NOT PATRONISE THIS SHOP!! Owner is one of the rudest people I have ever met. Zero respect for customers. I was looking for advice for my daughter. He refused to engage with me, responding with grunts and snorts. Counter assistant tried her best and was obviously embarrassed. We went to another Pharmacy. Pharmacist was brilliant. She immediately was suspicious and sent us to A&E. She was absolutely correct. I will now report Magners Pharmacy to the Pharmacists overseeing body."
"I would recommend you go to a different pharmacy. The male pharmacist is very rude and a chauvinist in my opinion. I rang after my husband had asked about a particular drug. Initially I had been given some information by the young female pharmacist who was extremely helpful about this drug as an alternative to one that was out of stock. My husband obtained a prescription for it and returned to the pharmacy. He was rudely dismissed by this man. I called the pharmacy in the hope to clear it up about what we were looking for but the man was so rude on the phone. He told me the female pharmacist 'didn't know what she was talking about' and 'shouldn't be giving advice on medication' (even though she is a qualified pharmacist??). He then said the item is out of stock and he can't get it in. The over the counter medicine has been out of stock for some time but was unsure why the prescription version would be also. He insisted, and got quite annoyed! The item was not out of stock and easily ordered in. Another chemist (much better) has ordered it and it will be with us tomorrow. Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs. There are so many better ones in the area."
