"Absolutely disgusting treatment.... booked a taxi this morning at 9.30 ish... to go from blofield heath to scottow.... daren was his name.... booked it and said as soon as I found out the postcode would send it well due to bring late for work and buildersin ect I couldn't get it he had already booked another person with a bigger fare leaving me in blofield when I had given all information required apart from poxy postcode.... so I am a woman on my own it was raining while I was waiting for him with very little phone signal.. I was told to use his acle office. ... no..... Tom fuller taxi was on the road and the driver put himself out to take me home as he had left off so Tom fuller taxi well recommended and we're £8 cheaper too..... I have no appology nothing.... your a disgrace as a taxi firm... you deserve this....."
