"This firm went out of their way to provide exceptional service. I was at the gym and had gone there on my bike. When I was ready to leave it was pouring with rain and unlikely to stop any time soon. The gym would not store the bike indoors. I also could not risk getting soaked on the bike ride home Phoned Canary and explained the situation. They said yes they could transport me and the bike home but they only had one appropriate vehicle. The wait could be up to 2.5 hours. I was fine with that. I said I'll shop around and come back if I need your option which I did. When I phoned back the dispatcher said he'd call me back after speaking to his boss. Five minutes later he phoned back and said "The driver has just cleared, he's on his way and will be there in 15 minutes" I was astonished. Anyway, the taxi turned up 10 minutes later which was no more than 20 minutes after my initial call. Just want to say a huge thanks to all involved. Outstanding customer service."
