"I tried to book a taxiand they said they could do half an hours time and I said would they be able to do one hour and they said no they couldn’t and then hung up.. i rang back immediately and they answered, I said that I just recently called and asked could we order a taxi in half an hour and they said they didn’t have a taxi for four hours.. I said we just called to ask for one and said you could do 30 mins and they immediately hung up?? What is going on and why would you hang up on someone trying to use your business??"
