"Rubbish service. EVERY time I have Pre-booked a taxi from the Airport to the city, I have had to wait more than half an hour and EACH time they have put other people in the taxi with me. Not that I want to see other people stranded, but if they are going to treat the taxi's as a bus, then the prices should reflect that. If you do not have the drivers then you should not confirm the bookings! My last pre-booked taxi never arrived to take me to the airport. Luckily I was able to get another company and not miss my flight. It's not the drivers fault - its the owner. Why take bookings if you can't deliver? I shall NEVER use these again."
"Do NOT use this company. Had a pre booked taxi ride scheduled and confirmed to take me to the airport. They never showed up. Now currently waiting for another taxi service and HOPING I can get to the airport and not miss my flight. Norwich airport taxi is horrendous. Do not use them."
"Booked a taxi well in advance, around an hour before it was due to pick us up, we get a notification through the app, not even a phone call! To say it’s had been cancelled. Had to frantically call round round on a Saturday night to get a minibus, which obviously was not easy. Will never book them again."
"I booked a taxi over a week ahead online (for myself and 2 children) and had an email confirming my booking. When we arrived at the airport after my flight back from Crete, I was told that they had no taxis available and no record of my booking. I then had to book another taxi from a different company which we eventually got after waiting nearly an hour. Do not rely on this company!"
"Appalling Service! We booked this company to take us to the airport for a 06:00 flight. I asked the operator to confirm the time of 03:30 which he did and said we wont let you down. You can imagine my horror when we received a call less than 9 hours before we were expecting a taxi, from a lady telling us they didn't have any drivers and could we delay till 04:30. She the explained the airport doesn't open till then so it would be OK. This also turned out to be a lie. We decided to leave our car at the airport which cost us £90. When we turned up at the airport at 04:00 the airport was bustling. If you want my advice look elsewhere before leaving your travel arrangements in this companies hands"
