He was respectful, considerate and had all clamps etc for safe transportation of a wheelchair user. The car was clean, bright and airy. The driver was very friendly. I would have no problem in recommending Goldstar taxis. The return journey was just the same and my daughter was very relaxed and comfortable. "I am new to the area. I booked due to the high reviews. I'm finding it hard to understand why. My experience sadly wasn't a positive one. The driver was very unfriendly and rather glum. Barely uttered a word to us. I'm a friendly person so the journey was awkward. Also the car was dirty and had stains on the seats. Not a very inviting sight. The only positive thing is he got us there safely, which I fully appreciated. I used a different taxi(Courtesy Taxis) on the way home(the venue I went to called them) and he(Andy) was so friendly, offered help with my bags, dressed in a shirt and trousers and his car immaculate. Will be using them in future."
