"The three ladies I spoke to were very professional and helped me"
"Sunday 11th September 2pm, drove up to sign book of condolence for Queen Elizabeth, but man on door buzzer says & no book of condolence until Monday morning! What a shame."
"With the extortionate prices the UK charge on passports etc your think you deserve an answer to an enquiry submitted online. But of course no answer, just a generic reply with links and more links to send you on a wild goose chase for a question someone could answer in a second. That or you can opt for a charged by the minute service which includes time spent on hold being charged for. It's like a criminal organization! No wonder the reviews languish in the low 2's."
"Anyone working on visas these days or you folks enjoying hols? Could someone actually do the work they’re paid for to process visa applications backlog and reduce waiting times? Send more bodies to the Visa decision making office, my priority visa application seems to have been stuck their for a month. Ah it’s a pity I paid €280 for this service, and never got it. Hope someone is enjoying a few beers. See you in court huns!"
"Worst experience with an Embassy and Visa service ever. Kept my passport for a month, and there’s literally no way to connect to them expect a centralised number. Which connected after 1.5 hours of waiting and 3 similar attempts! How is that even allowed? They charge you for dialling in and separately for speaking with the operator - which is around €1 a minute. Close to extortion, just to get some information on how can I get my passport back."
