"missey (my dog) wanted to visit here for some reason"
"The Australian’s should count themselves very lucky that they have these people representing them in Ireland. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience in the embassy. They are kind, patient and very helpful. In particular Brenda and Fiona. These ladies went above and beyond to help me and are extremely good at their job.Even Michael at security was a dream. After a horrible two years in the world they give me faith in humans again. Thank you so much"
"We went to renew passports and had a very pleasant experience despite the embassy being extremely busy as a knock-on effect of COVID. All the staff we met (the receptionist, security and the Consular Officer) were kind, patient and professional."
"Went here to renew my Aussie passport. Took about a month to get it renewed (of course not the embassy fault), but overall the experience has been excellent. Brenda and Francessa have been super friendly and kind during the entire process. You can have an easy banter with them ☺️ With the new covid guidelines, you can only enter with appointment only but that's fine. They also have a dog in the embassy named Ted who you can pet if he is around. Overall, great experience and thank you so much for your help!"
