"Well, according to me everything was handled properly. You need an appointment to get anything done here. Once you get an appointment, I would say reach 15-20 minutes before the allotted time. The first thing to do will be to print a token receipt from the machine installed inside, it looks like an ATM but all you have to do is enter the appointment number to print your receipt which will also have the counter number or desk where you have to go. You will also have to fill a form with some basic details like name, address, contact number, etc. This form will be given by the security guard you will see when entering the building. Wait inside and keep an eye on screens and speakers that will announce or display your number. Reach your desk, provide the necessary documents to the officer and they may ask you a few questions related to immigration. Your latest photo will be clicked there and then along with biometrics. Usually, they will return the documents after checking. The officer asks for the passport and if everything is okay then it will be stamped. The officer will guide you about anything related to your immigration, insurance, or your stay so remember what they are saying. My process was smooth and I got the card within 3-4 working days after the appointment was complete. The place is clean, organized, and the staff is helpful."

"Sad to say this. I went to the office to ask help and information. Thats suppose to be your job. But the moment i walked in, then the guy who was standing in the entrance (irish) was so rude to us. He thinks and act like he knows everything in that office. Even though he knew, its a simple thing to show some manners. Hes a great shame for all the good irish people. The way he was talking to a women, really sad to watch. Never disrespect any women's. Sorry for saying this. Was my experience anyway."
