"In my opinion it has been a very bad experience that I do not recommend to anyone, the rooms are small and the beds very uncomfortable, the prices are high and the area where they are located is one of the most marginal areas of Dublin, they do not give you complete freedom to use the heating and you have to get cold even if you have paid the bills in advance, if you touch it because you are cold they threaten to take away your deposit, the treatment of the employees borders on the comic including insults and disrespect... anyway, yes you want a good experience in Dublin you know where you don't have to go! "After almost 7 months in a house of this agency. Just say that I do not recommend anyone to contract anything with them, for the following points: - They are rude. - Represents that there is a cleaning service and they do not clean almost anything. - There is no privacy in your own home. They come into your house when they feel like it and even in your own room. - How incompetent they are, they told me that I had to sleep one night on the sofa because the dates didn't fit. - A colleague of mine also had to sleep on the sofa because they hired a new person before my colleague finished the contract. - Don't even think about turning on the heating. If you do, you will receive continuous threats that they will take away your deposit. - You pay a lot of money to be cold and sleep on mattresses that leave your back shattered. - They ask you to tell your colleagues if they have smoked inside the house to keep their deposit. - The houses are in a very marginal area of Dublin. (Yes, near the center) - That no appliance is damaged, you can spend quietly 1 week without being fixed. - In Spain, such an agency would not be legal. I doubt that many of the things they have done are legal. I have to admit that there are also good things. For example, the Internet, electricity and water work."
