Reviews
"Absolutely awful service. Applied for a tourist visa and they’ve had my passport for over a month. Never picks up calls or replies to any emails. Shocking that this is supposedly an official government service. Staff are rude and incompetent. Extremely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for Bulgaria that this is the sort of impression that they’re making about the country."
"Please pick up your phone, or at least answer your emails"
"Not very helpful. Can't get any concrete information from them. They don't pick up the phone and when they do respond to emails, instead of providing an answer, they only send a vague link to the country's Foreign Ministry website."
"Extremely rude staff and unprofessional !!! Providing wrong information! Could't get through for more then an hour because no one is picking up the phone! Extremely rude and unprofessional attitude."
"Very polite and helpful staff! There is an off-street parking available in the area which can be also paid via card. Given the Dublin city center traffic, if you need to book an appointment, I would advise to target non-peak traffic hours. The consulate seems accessible for people with disabilities as well."
