"Jacques Laschet …I am a Belgian citizen and my son acquired his citizenship yesterday - I also renewed my two children I.D and passport. Great service from the Consul and her colleagues who did facilitate the process. Although - I read a lot of negative reviews on Google about my own Embassy - I just want say this: - Before you go to an appointment to apply for a visa, make sure that you have complied with all requirements, do not be upset if they ask you to provide more documents……as you also just wasted the time of the consulate officer. Do not expect for the Embassy to make an exception on your case due to your poor planning. The person behind the glass has a job to do and they must follow the Belgian Laws and Regulations."
"It was quick, hardly took me 10 mins. Smooth process. Great employees. However the issue is with Belgium visa rules .. if you want multiple entry visa, you need to have a 3 single Schengen entry visa from the Belgian embassy irrespective of you have previous Schengen visa history. This should be on their website so people don't get shocked when they get this information on the counter. They should clearly mention this in their website."
"Avoid Avoid Avoid. 0 Star the most conceited people you can every see specially the plain - looking woman on the desk , they take the €80 visa fee and you will receive hardly nothing. Scam Avoid is plenty embassy around that area , with nicer staff i hope the Minister Hadja Lahbib can make action against who tarnish the reputation of the country & EU."
"If I could give zero stars I would! The woman behind the desk was incredibly rude and belittling. I returned with my South African husband to hand in some documents (after she had been impatient, rude and patronizing to my husband) and I asked a question. She didn't give me the dignity of answering it and said I should ask my husband as she already talked about it with him. She refused to give a multiple entry visa, instead giving two single entry visas! Please be aware of this and avoid applying for Schengen visas through Belgium. The manager in the office came out to see what was wrong and was kind to me, for that I'm grateful. However we will never apply for a visa for my husband to enter Belgium again."
"Avoid At all cost if you are applying for a Multiple Entry Schengen Visa!!! They are not welcoming to Visa applicants / Tourists (just go there if you want to experience for yourself) and they ONLY give single entry with very very few days of stay. Doesn't matter if you have complete documents or have had previous Schengen Visa!!! Better off going to other Countries!!!! Dont waste your time!!!"
