"Very disappointing,I'm trying to get an appointment to renew the passport of my daughter since September las year, you have to try several days to get an online booking to finally get an appointment that gives you an appointment in six weeks time without any reminding processor! They don't answer the phone at all you can't go their without an appointment! and they respond to your e-mail far to late, as a German I can't believe, how unreliable and out dated the booking system of the German- Embassy in Dublin is"
"Needed new film for my tiny spy camera. The Pullach lads sorted me out in no time. Highly recommended. Decor is a bit dated, so one star taken off on account of optics."
"Had a wonderful experience at the embassy today. The security guard is super cheerful and an amazing welcome to the embassy. The ladies inside were very efficient, helpful and really lovely. We parked in the street nearby which was no problem. I know the main struggle is getting an appointment, I checked late at night (23h30) and was lucky enough to get an appointment for 6 weeks later."
"Absolute shambles, there is literally no system of appointments for passports. A lottery of trying to book appointments at unusual times in competition with everyone else IS NOT a system. Combined with a shrug of the shoulders and "well, you just need to try for longer" attitude. An embarrassment to the country they represent... honestly, ticketmaster could organise things better. Yes, imagine that."
"Impossible to get any appointment for a passport renewal. My last one was already issued by the embassy 10 years ago but now the only option is an online booking system which never has anything available. Trying on a daily basis for over 2 months now, different times of the day.... no results. Sent an e-mail and in their reply I was referred back to the website. Unable to visit any family in Germany thanks to this non-functioning booking system."
