"My experience with VFS Dublin was (to my surprise and relief, after reading what some people had to go through here) very good. Whenever I had a query they got back to my email within an hour. My biometrics were processed very quickly, and after the decision was made, I sent my passport for visa stamping, which took about 10 days. My passport collection was also processed very quickly. Also, thanks to the receptionists at the center, they are really very nice and helpful."

"I contacted customer support service before and after sending my passport (03.11 and 15.12), in both cases Mr. Raj told me that the only way to collect my passport is via courier. After I went to the office today in person to recheck the provided information, I discovered that Mr. Raj lied to me, as I could have collected my passport in person since the first day I received a message that it is available for collection (14.12). I have my flight on Monday the 19th and because today there wasn't any officer present, I didn't receive my passport, so I will miss my flight. I wish a company like this will train its employees properly so they will provide accurate information."
"I have applied visa for The Netherlands last October 18 but until now I have no update regarding my application. I tried to ask a couple of time and seek help with customer service but to no avail. I was told to wait, which is what I have been doing, but I would just like to be informed if my visa is processed or not, even that she doesn’t have any answers . I am worried that my passport is lost since its already been over a month of waiting! I have sent an email but also, to no avail. I hope I can get an update regarding the process of my visa application. It was already very hard to secure an appointment, let alone this long wait with no update. It is frustrating."
