"Mixed experience here since becoming a member four months ago Pros: - huge selection of equipment, even at peak times rarely have to wait. This includes cardio, free weights, combo machines etc. - access to Aqua, racquet sports and almost all classes included in membership. - classes range from yoga and pilates to more intense high impact options. - staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Whether at reception, instructors, or in the club room I have yet to meet a staff member that wasn't an absolute gem. - personal training available (highly recommend Paul) Cons: - VERY difficult to find available spots in any class. My experience has been that I have to wait until bookings are available for that date (two weeks out) and immediately book or sign up for alerts on openings and pray. - securing any receipts/invoices is a manual process that can take multiple attempts before receiving a response. - Pushing €200 per adult per month when so many items are consistently unavailable is a stretch. - No pedestrian areas to cross the parking lot, can be a bit sketchy given the volume and speed of traffic. - Charging for feminine hygiene products? Really? In summary, everything at the club that you can utilise is fantastic, it's the feasibility of using those services that diminishes the value."
"Latest treatment of members an absolute disgrace. Facilities are like a building site currently and early promises of minimal disruption from October turns out to be a complete fallacy with most facilities now not available out to April. Despite all this they continue to charge full membership with a few token gestures. While we were patient initially with the disruption the continued delays and awful communication has pushed our patience to the limit. To top it all off they’ve the cheek to insist of honouring our 3 month notice period despite the family changing rooms, pool, sauna, steam room, cafe and more not being available. What’s most disappointing is I actually used to rave about this club."
"Quite happy until our daughter got an infection after using the swimming pool. Ended up in the hospital for 4 days. Informed their staff and they just ignored it. Would not recommend this gym. While renewing the gym it was a mess and less facilties and no discount was offered for a poor service."
"Great facilities but that’s about it. Most poorly run gym I’ve ever been to. They have a ridiculous turnover of miserable new staff every single week. The receptionists are so unprofessional and make you feel uncomfortable walking in. Food cooked is very bad and has been this way for years. Very expensive membership and they don’t care about their members. Do not join"
