"WARNING: Would give zero stars if I could. I went to return a tech gadget worth several hundred euros within 24 hours in its original packaging and they didn't take it back. Don't be fooled, don't buy here!"
"I would have given not even a single start to this company. I bought a duvet and after like a week or so the threads started coming out. I had the packaging but ofcourse its a duvet so I can't pack it back in its original state. The duvet was exactly same as I bought it however the store manager refused to return it as I opened the item. I MEAN I DON'T UNDERSTAND IF I WILL NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEE WHETHER THE PRODUCT OR FAULTY OR NOT. like this a normal human logic, I don't know who is making the return policy and why even he is making those, like A 1st grade school kid will make better policies I believe. LOL The reason stores are getting shut, Pathetic customer service with worst products."
"1 star for management. The computer system is unable to list available stock at an individual shop. Example, I was looking for headphones. The system lists 100s of items. In order to see if an item is in stock at a shop you need to click on that particular item. After about 20 items I gave up. In store I asked for help thinking they would be able to help. All I got was to repeat the same process. I don't expect this retailer to be in business beyond 2023 unless they get their act together. A pity as it's the last electrical retailer nearby."
"I walked by Argos store in Dun Laoghaire and I decided to pop in to see what microscope options they had and the customer service I received by Shelise was 5 starts service all the way, welcoming and helpful in a way I didn't expect in this type of concept store. I had just come out of a high end store and felt the same high standards at Argos."
"Ordered 2 toys for my son's birthday which were confirmed to be available in stock in Dunlaoghaire depot. I got to the shop and they told me to come the day after as they didn't have anything. The lady at the door told me:" see? It's written... Available until 08 September" but I told her..."this is the day you give to people to pick up the goods".... Omg shocking.... Had to pay 2€ of parking (as Dunlaoghaire is always not very consumer friendly).... And have to go back in today. Never again!! Next time I'll head to cabinteely."
