"Just had a double bed delivered. Two lovely young men (Conor) was the name of one of them. I was so impressed with them. They took the old bed down and set up the new bed. Very efficient and also a credit to Harvey Norman (and their Mam's). It means so much these days to have nice people doing nice things for OAP's like us."
"Best store ever. Great collection, really friendly and helpful staff.. I like this place Update: Although the shop is great, be aware of the awkward situation when it comes to delivery. Their inventory and logistics have a major problem, and you can expect extended delays even if the salesman assure you with the delivery expectations. I've purchased many items from different departments, and all have this issue."
"Bought a tablet plus (40€) for product care insurance, sales representative ensure if device get damage in the next 365 days will be fixed at no cost. Unfortunately tablet was damage and tried to get fixed with Product care...but...surprise...it has 50€ fee + up to 120 € in some cases if the third party where they perform the service decide it. It's a shame the sales guy, to sell 40€ insurance and get a poor bonus for it, hide information from loyal customer, I already bought TV, Laptop, vacuum cleaner..etc..etc Recommendation, never trust sales representative as they will look for their own bonus and wont share all important information with you about hidden costs when you try to make a claim. I am not coming back to Harvey Norman"
"Had a great experience with the sales assistant on the floor. He knew his stuff about the appliance that I was looking to purchase. However that positive experience quickly turned to a negative one when I went to the till to pay. The cashier Shauna was rude, obnoxious and so unhelpful. Anything I asked was a big deal. Rolling her eyes. Only I really needed this appliance, I would have walked straight out of the store after seeing the way she carried on. No need for this at all."
"Excellent customer service from Vladimir who helped us a lot to buy a smart tv and other stuff. We were there around 15mnts , looking for some help, but everyone acted like busy. Then we got this guy , who had a vast knowledge in what he was doing and explained us very well and cleared us all our doubts. Thank you so much Vladimir and you are a good model to others☺️☺️"
