"Bought 2 sofas, kitchen table and chairs from here. Very nice furniture to look at. Kitchen table has separated underneath and is now unusable. I emailed the customer service on 16th October 2022 attaching pictures of what had happened and never heard anything back. I rang the customer service today and was told that there is nothing they can do unless I had taken an extended warranty when purchasing these items. These items were about 16 months old so were out of warranty. I've tried to ring Harvey Norman Swords twice today but there was no answer. This table is unusable now so I have to try and mend it myself or pay another €400 for another one. This is a terrible return for my money. Pictures attached to show area separated."

"Decent store on the outskirts of swords. Easy to get to and a decent array of tech. Prices are comparative. Currys is 100m away. I gave a low rating because I found the staff underwhelming. When I asked a gentleman sitting at the tills for help collecting something, I was told to go find someone and pointed at the huge part of the showroom that was literally empty (no customers at 09.40, no staff members to be seen). I walked around it looking for someone but couldn't. When I went back to explain, he got a bit haughty. He eventually pointed me to someone working in the TV section (I was not picking up a TV) who helped me out. Needless friction in what was a very straightforward transaction."

"Great store and very competitive but short on good tech advice. Salesperson couldn't really tell me why one 65 inch TV was 3 times the price of another. Also couldn't get good advice about compatible soundbar. So do your own homework, get the model number you want then go and haggle."

"Purchased two leather sofas , waited 24 weeks for them to arrive. They arrived with different colour legs - one with black legs one with oak legs. We ordered oak legs. The sales assistant in airside was very helpful and nice to deal with so this review isn't a reflection of my in store experience but actually of the customer support team who were in contact with me. They made contact with me 2 weeks after the sofas arrived to advise they would send out the correct legs by courier asap. A few days later they contacted me by email informing me they had been delivered to my address and asked me to confirm this. They were never delivered and turns out they sent them to the completely wrong address , a house I haven't lived in in a few years. They then advised they would send a second pair to the correct address. I never heard from them since , they haven't replied to my emails or my phone calls. An automated email was sent to me advising the case is now closed. I was told this week a manager would phone me Tuesday - still awaiting a call!! I was left with no choice several weeks later but to call into my old house and collect the legs which took 3 attempts , and I was lucky the owners had kept them. I shouldn't have had to do this , considering the price I paid for the furniture and it would certainly put me off ever buying any further from Harvey normal again if this is how customers are treated."
