"Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was speaking to a manager there, young looking guy. His demeanor was aggressive, sarcastic and he was quite short, snappy. Not a way to treat customers that are looking to spend hundreds with you. Wouldn't buy from them again. It's better going to Harvey Norman across the road, much better, friendly customer service."
"Curry's is a good all round electric computer House hold goods and televisions. You can get A to Z in electrical goods at this outlet the staff are very helpful and polite. Would recommend their sales are quite good to when they're on."
"Very bad customer service. No price tags anywhere. We were waiting for a member of a staff at least 45 min because his fob wasn’t charged to get us a thing we were looking for. No member of the staff on the floor to take care of the customers all members are at the front tills which weren’t busy at that time for all the staff to be there. Manager was useless when i talked to him about my concern and that ive been waiting 45 min for a member of his staff i was ignored completely. rude and ignorant young men . Avoid this shop at all cost. Thwre is only one amazing member of staff which im sorry i didnt remember his name but eventually after almost an hour he helped us and was super nice"
"Very poor customer service. I talked to several staff members (probably 5-6) over the phone, they all provided different (and incorrect!) information. I ordered a washing machine via the website, and organising the delivery was a disaster. The website states that deliveries to my area would be on Thursdays (which would've worked for me) but after I ordered, the delivery date was pushed to Friday. I asked to have the delivery rescheduled which was confirmed over the phone (after I had to ring a couple of times). I kept getting reminders for the original delivery date, though, so I rang again to ask what this was about. Two different staff members then told me that the delivery date had never been altered, and if I hadn't called, they would've delivered the item on the day I wasn't even there. It was a complete hassle and the only competent people were the two lovely chaps who installed the appliance. Kudos to them! The call centre staff, however, needs to be trained better. Additionally, even getting through to them is a nightmare if you don't have an order or delivery number (or if the order number doesn't work like in my case). You'll get transferred from UK to Ireland and back, and the UK team doesn't even have access to Irish records. Absolutely rubbish, will try DID or any other company next time."
"Very good place sales team is very helpful. They answered all my queries and also helped me to find laptop as per my requirement. I would have bought laptop from them but there was no student discount while if I purchased online i was getting student discount. Their guidance and service is very good only because of heavy discount online i decided to buy laptop online."
