"Went into this shop 2 years ago,before my son was born. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t fault anything. We purchased all our babies bedroom furniture as in cot,wardrobe,chest of drawers and other items but the phone customer service and delivery was diabolical. Agreed a delivery date as we had paid for everything to be assembled only to be told a few days before that date wouldn’t suit them. They wanted to leave it u assembled at a neighbors house. I explained that I had paid for assembly and had to make numerous calls to get this sorted and didn’t even get an apology from them. We continue to shop in this store because of the friendliness but have never bought anything big again to be delivered because of this."
