"I basically go to this branch as it is nearest to where I live. As I was looking for a parasol base there were four different types to choose from. One staff on duty who was polite. It took me eight minutes in total to use the keyboard to type in the number pay for it and collect at the waiting area. Then again it was on a Thursday rather than the weekend."

"If possible, I would like to give zero stars. The staff was so unprofessional and they treated customer so rude. My brother bought a PS5 and he found that it was an extra and he didn’t need it. So he wanted to return it. Of course the PS5 was NOT opened and NOT used! He brought the machine to the shop a week later. The staff unsealed it and examined it and they told my brother that there is dust inside and they cannot accept it and cannot refund us. Then I wrote an email to the customer service, they suggested to try returning this with another branch. On the second day I went to the shop in Blanchardstown, the staff said they cannot accept and suggested me to go back to the shop where we bought the PS5. Then I drove another 30 minutes to this shop, Liffey Valley. I brought the machine to the counter and the staff said they got a call from Blanch and they could not accept even before I started to talk! I got speechless. Then the manager Paul came and said the machine was used before we brought it to the shop yesterday. I tried to tell the complete story with Paul and he refused to accept the machine. He refused to talk to me. He left me in an awkward situation. He didn’t even check the camera or video as he insisted that the fault was not his or the staff’s. It’s so nonsensical that the first reason for not refunding us was there was dust, and the other day they said the box was opened. Of course it’s opened now, because your staff opened and unsealed it! I don’t think Paul is a good manager in this shop and he cannot resolve issues, he is NOT honest to the customer and also trying to make things complicated. I will not buy anything from Argos anymore! So bad experience!"

"Jenny ( Store Manager)is so rude and have not any solution for fault items, unprofessional, Jenny have no capable to deal with customer, tell me ask manufacturers. The only thing she can do is tell me I can’t, I don’t know. Honestly I wonder how she get job as manager :) never even buy from here. If u get fault item U will get nothing but excuse. "I bought this product as combined package from Argos. Item number 9312562. It is a tablet and a hard case. As you can see by the picture the tablet does not fit the case. I attended the store today and I was told by a member of staff that it is a manufacturer issue. Very poor response as I purchased this item from Argos and not Lenovo. I would like to know how Argos is going to compensate me for this as I had to purchase a hard case from Amazon. Please reply with a contact number or email address so I can start this process."
